And almost the new year! Crazy to think how fast time has gone by, at least I think it is. This is the time of year when people make resolutions that they probably won't keep.  This is mine, though  I honestly hope to hold to it.

And so my resolution is to get the first few chapters of my comic done and up.  Doesn't seem like a lot but there are still lots of things to get done for it!  A lot of writing needs to be done and a lot of drawing needs done but I think we can do it^^

Still have some in progress works that aren't up yet, hopefully I'll be getting those up soon.

Well I have some amazing news about my personal life folks! I'm now engaged! My fiance asked me to marry him on our anniversary, he was so sweet and shy about it.  And, because everyone asks this, we don't have a date set yet, in fact we won't have the wedding for two or three years while we save up some money for it.

In other news I have the first two in the five piece Deity series uploaded now.  The next piece I'm going to work on will be 'Courage' and will feature Andrew.  It may be a few weeks until it gets done sadly as I still have lots of work to do freelance wise.

I always have too many ideas going at once. 

Recently I discovered an artist whose work is very interesting to me, she doesn't ink her work and just leaves it as clean pencil linework. Her work is also super detailed which I find impressive. Anyway I was reading her FAQs and tutorial and decided to give the style a try.  I'm going to try and do pics of at least all four girls in this style, each one more detailed/stylized versions of their weapons.  I might do Andrew too but I'm not sure.

I've got one of the girls started but due to the massive amount of detail work It might be a while before I share any of the images.

I'm still working on the large cocoa inn pictue as well as the giant project for my current client.  I also have an upcoming project starting sometime in November but I don't know what that one will be just yet.

I've been very busy as of late working on two different freelance projects.  One of them is for my awesome regular client J. Snyder, doing some more fun character designs for him.  This time it's princesses! I'll be sure to post some of the finished work up on here so everyone can see but that might not be for a bit.  The other project I'm really not at liberty to discuss.  Suffice to say it's for a UK client and once the project is done I can give out more information on it.

Not long ago I joined a great little art community on Ovation Tv.  If you're an artist of any sort you should check it out.  A lot of great people on there and, unlike deviantart and some other sites, they're mostly older folks who have been creating art their whole lives.

I haven't had much to update with recently but once I have these freelance projects finished I should have more time to do some of my own stuff!

Well it's been ages since I've updated anything, useful or otherwise, on here.  But look I'm not dead!  I have, however gone through quite a lot since my last post.

I'm now living in Cocoa Beach Florida with my boyfriend and his papa.  Only been here like a month but so far I'm enjoying it a lot.  Currently though I'm suffering from a bladder infection (lucky me)

I'm also about to start a rather large comic project with a client of mine, possibly even ranging to ten books.  I'm also still in the preliminary stages of my own comic project now with the added help of my boyfriend's story crafting skills.

Move complete.  I'm now based in New Albany, IN.  My new place is nice and all I need now is some work.  I hope to get a personal project done and posted soon.
