Haha it's easier then you might think to hold your brush in your mouth...sometimes when you're really focused on what you're doing it's easier to slip up XD But I like watercolors and gouache best paint wise. Oils are just too messy!

Haha well, a lot of what they use to color oil paints are chemicals like cadmium and the like...you can't avoid it with oils XD Even watercolors have some of that though so really as long as you work in a well ventilated area and don't eat or drink while you work...or stick the brush in your mouth or anything else like that you're fine *nod nod*

I've pretty much done it all, my first two years in college were basically using everything from oil paints to acrylic to wood to foam....good fun even though a lot that we used was toxic XD

That's kinda cool. I don't think I tried selling anything until high school and then I made little mythological creatues out of clay. I did some commission work in college too, mostly cute fleece hats. I pretty much make all my money from illustration now though

Oh yeah, when I was younger, like middle school and high school I drew in a very manga/anime style but gradually moved away from it and blended it with a more american style. It's pretty much impossible to make any real money drawing anime in American after all XD
